- 1 cup of organic kale
- 1 cup of organic spinach
- 1/2 cup of pumpkin seeds
- 3 dates
- 1/2 cup of ice
- 1 1/2 cups of organic coconut milk
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend to desired consistency.
