It's one of the best oils for diffusing to help promote an uplifting, clean, and soothing atmosphere in the home. Add a few drops to Grapeseed or Hazelnut carrier to help with oily or teenaged skin problems

Blends well with: Clary Sage, Cypress, Bergamot, Frankincense, Geranium, Grapefruit, Jasmine, Mandarin, Nutmeg, Orange, Patchouli, Pepper (Black), Rosemary, Sandalwood, Vetiver and Ylang-ylang. Suggested Uses: Bergamot essential oil's fresh, bright aroma calms the mind and uplifts the spirit. It is one of the best oils for diffusing as both an airborne antimicrobial and refreshing odor. Research studies in Taiwan found that Bergamot oil reduced both work related stress and pre-operative stress. In a diffuser, combine equal parts of Bergamot, Patchouli and Grapefruit for a stress reducing aroma. Add a few drops to Grapeseed or Hazelnut carrier to help with oily skin and acne. Cautions: Bergamot essential oil is phototoxic. To avoid phototoxic reactions, do not apply to the skin at more than 0.4% dilution to preparations left on the skin. There is no phototoxic concerns from wash-off products or diffusion.
