Nutmeg has a warm, sweet, spicy smell to it, it’s really pleasant. When my husband is having respiratory problems I steam water and add a few drops of this in for him to inhale, it helps him a lot. I also add about 6-10 drops in my warm bath to help relieve cramps or digestive issues.
